My approach to woodturning and bowl carving
is to use interesting selections of Australian burrs, Natural edge woods highly detailed grains or spalting to produce finely finished turned or carved items. My woodturning and bowl carving produces one-off pieces firstly being Austalian burrs carved or turned in to large fruit bowls.please note that not one burr is the same as the next and can never be reproduced.
I am now at the turning stage where I can introduce natural wooden fruit to compliment the fruit bowls these will be listed within the store.
Where it is possible to use natural woods for the apples grapes Victoria plums and tangerines there will also be available other detailed grained and spalting woods for these items.
